The DJI RC Plus controller complements the system with a high-brightness 7-inch display, Dual Operator Mode for flexible control sharing, and an IP54 rating for resistance to dust and water in extreme conditions (-20°C to 50°C). In Cargo Mode, the DJI FlyCart 30 excels at stable and efficient aerial transport. It supports a maximum payload of 30 kg with dual batteries, or up to 40 kg with a single battery, while accommodating a cargo volume of 70 L.

The drone comes with an EPP carrying case, simplifying the loading and unloading process. Built-in weight and center-of-gravity detection ensures the cargo remains perfectly balanced, maximizing flight safety and operational stability.

Winch Mode

In Winch Mode, the DJI FlyCart 30 delivers precise and versatile cargo handling, supporting a maximum payload of 30 kg with dual batteries or 40 kg with a single battery.

The Winch System Kit (sold separately) enables cargo to be lowered on a retractable cable up to 20 meters long at speeds up to 0.8 m/s. Delivery can be performed manually or automatically, with the cargo releasing safely upon touchdown, eliminating the need for manual detachment and ensuring accurate and secure delivery.

For enhanced stability, the drone automatically adjusts its attitude to minimize cargo swing during operation. In rare cases where the payload becomes stuck or tangled, the system allows for heating and cutting of the winch cable, freeing the drone safely and preventing mission interruptions.
